Pardesco ("we", "us") is an independent art and software studio operated by Randall Morgan in Cincinnati, Ohio. By using pardesco.com or purchasing from us you agree to these terms. Effective July 12, 2026.

Products

Our physical work is handcrafted. Natural materials vary — wood grain, tone, and small details will differ from the photographs, and that variation is part of what you're buying. Screen colors may differ from real-world finishes. We work hard to describe everything accurately; if a listing contains an obvious error (such as a mistaken price), we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Payment, shipping & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Shipping is governed by our shipping policy and refunds by our refund policy, both part of these terms.

Our intellectual property

All artwork, product designs, images, video, and text on this site are © Pardesco, all rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

Digital download license

Purchasing a digital download (ebooks, vector packs, and similar) grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use purchased design files in your own projects, including physical items you make and sell. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the digital files themselves, in whole or in part, or claim them as your own work.

Software license

Software (including our Blender add-ons and other tools) is licensed, not sold. Unless a product page states otherwise, your purchase grants one license for one person's use on their machines. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly host the software or your license key. Check listed system requirements before purchase — compatibility with your setup is your responsibility, and our refund policy covers verified defects. Software and free web tools (including the 4D viewer) are provided as is, with support on a best-effort basis.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including losses arising from the use of our software or design files.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this page. Questions: studio@pardesco.com.
