Processing time

Every physical piece is handcrafted in our Cincinnati studio. Made-to-order work ships within 5–10 business days; one-of-a-kind originals that are ready to go ship within 2–3 business days. Each piece is inspected before it leaves the studio.

Rates

• United States — free shipping on every order.
• Canada — $20 flat rate.
• International — $30 flat rate (available countries are listed at checkout).

All shipments are fully insured in transit at no cost to you, and tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships. U.S. delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipping; international delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks depending on customs.

International duties & taxes

International orders may be charged VAT, customs duties, or import fees by your country. These charges are set by your government, are not included in our prices or shipping rates, and are the buyer's responsibility.

Damaged in transit

If your piece arrives damaged, email studio@pardesco.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the piece and packaging. We will repair, replace, or refund it — insured shipping means you are covered.

Digital items

Digital downloads and software have no shipping: your download link is emailed within minutes of purchase. Links expire after 72 hours for security — just reply to your delivery email if you need a fresh one.
