Refunds & Returns

Physical artwork — 30-day returns

If a piece isn't right for your space, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, it must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the return.

• Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
• One-of-a-kind originals must be returned insured for the purchase price.
• Pieces damaged in transit are handled under our shipping policy — no return needed, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
• Commissions and custom orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

Digital downloads — non-refundable

Ebooks, vector packs, and other digital downloads are delivered instantly and are non-refundable once delivered. If anything is wrong with your files or your download link, email us — we will always make delivery right.

Software — 14-day, verified defects only

Software products (such as our Blender add-ons) are licensed digital goods. Please check the listed system requirements before purchasing. If the software fails to function as described, contact studio@pardesco.com within 14 days of purchase — if our support can't resolve a verified technical defect, we will refund you in full. Because a license is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds on software.

Starting a return

Email studio@pardesco.com with your order number and, for damage claims, photos. We'll reply with return instructions within 2 business days.
