Parametric Wall Art
Parametric wall art carved from aspen hardwood: one-of-a-kind geometric wood sculptures designed algorithmically and finished by hand.
The Chaos & Harmony series (2022–23) contains one-of-a-kind originals. Available work appears first; sold pieces remain as a documented archive and commission reference.

Algorithmic design, made physical
Parametric wall art begins with relationships rather than a fixed drawing. Curves, repetitions, and transitions are defined as a system; changing one value reshapes the whole composition. Randall Morgan develops each pattern computationally, then translates it into a dimensional relief through CNC carving, hand finishing, mineral inlay, or gold leaf.
The result is geometric wall art with real depth. Ridges catch side light, carved valleys hold shadow, and the surface changes as you move through the room. These are wood sculptures—not flat prints or simulated 3D effects.
Materials and scale
The series centers on aspen hardwood, selected for a quiet grain that lets the geometry remain legible. Most works are 12–24 inches across and 3/4 inch deep; exact dimensions, materials, mounting, fabrication, edition status, and shipping information appear on every product page.
For a large or site-specific piece, ask about a commission. A commission develops a new work from the same mathematical practice rather than reproducing a sold original.
