Privacy

Pardesco is an independent studio operated by Randall Morgan in Cincinnati, Ohio. This policy describes what information we collect when you use pardesco.com, and how we use it. Effective July 12, 2026.

What we collect

• Orders. When you buy something, checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, what you ordered, and (for physical orders) your shipping address. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Messages. If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send and your email address (delivered via Resend, our email provider).
• Digital delivery. Download emails for digital purchases are sent to the email address you used at checkout.
• Site logs & analytics. Our site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard security logs. We use privacy-focused, cookieless, aggregate analytics — we do not use advertising trackers, cross-site tracking, or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To fulfill and ship your order, deliver digital purchases, respond to your messages, keep the required tax and accounting records, and understand (in aggregate) how the site is used. We only email you about your order or your inquiry unless you explicitly sign up for more.

What we share

Only what the services above need to function: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Cloudflare (hosting), and our shipping carriers (name and address on the label). We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention & your rights

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require (typically seven years); correspondence is kept only as long as it's useful. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, email studio@pardesco.com and we will handle it promptly. This site has no user accounts and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
