Intellectual Property

Pardesco is the trading name of Pardesco LLC, an art and software studio based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This page states what we own, what you may and may not do with it, and how to report infringement. It exists to be cited — feel free to link it in a marketplace IP claim.

Trademark

PARDESCO® is a trademark of Pardesco LLC, registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. We use the mark in commerce on handcrafted geometric and sacred-geometry artwork, wall art and sculpture, digital design files and pattern downloads, and software tools for artists and makers.

You may not use the Pardesco name, mark, or a confusingly similar variation as a shop name, brand, product name, domain, social handle, or listing title, and you may not use it in a way that suggests we made, endorsed, or supplied something we did not. Referring to us by name accurately — a review, a comparison, crediting a piece you own — is fine and always will be.

All artwork, product designs, geometry, photographs, video, and written content on this site are © Pardesco LLC, all rights reserved. That includes work published on our blog and the renders and loops used to illustrate it. Reproducing, redistributing, or making derivative works from any of it requires written permission.

Our free browser tools are a deliberate exception: images you generate with them are yours to use, including commercially. The tools themselves, and their code, are not.

What you may do with purchased files

A digital download grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use the files in your own projects, including physical items you make and sell. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or repackage the files themselves, in whole or in part, or present them as your own work. Software is licensed, not sold — see our terms of service for the full license.

Reporting infringement

If you find our artwork, designs, photographs, or mark being used without permission — on a marketplace listing, a print-on-demand product, or a website — email studio@pardesco.com with "IP" in the subject. Please include the URL, a screenshot, and which of our pieces or listings it copies. We follow up on every report.

If you believe we have infringed yours

Email the same address with the work you own, where it appears on our site, and how to verify your ownership. We will review it promptly and take the material down if the claim is sound. Our practice is mathematical and our imagery is generated from our own geometry and code, but geometry is old and shared — if we have got something wrong we want to know.

Permissions and licensing

We license work for editorial, publishing, and commercial use, and we take commissions. If you want to use something and are not sure whether you may, ask: studio@pardesco.com. Asking is free and the answer is often yes.
